2 weeks agoUnfriendly, uncaring attitude, nonchalant, no organization, unprofessional. One of my orders (stewed chicke) the food was cold rice cabbage n chicken as if the steamers were not on. The other dishes were very tasty. I wish it was a pleasant experience seeing I traveled a distance to try it out based on IG reviews. I won't be back or recommend. It has so much potential!

a month agoFood was excellent!! My husband and I ordered the oxtail Philly and the jerk corned beef and it was definitely worth the wait we drove from Euclid Ohio and that sauce ooooh lawd it was good we will B back!

2 months agoFood is just plain disgusting plain. Nasty waited all that time just to get some cold food that was undercooked slimy nasty chicken after I told the man to cook my chicken extra extra hard. I got an extra extra slimy with no flavor. You can’t even eat it plus the fries were cold and hard after I told him to cook well done no never never great customer service though and the dude need to stop singing over the food. Stop singing in the kitchen bro cook focus on cooking. Yo skills are nasty. You’re not good. I’m angry

3 months agoI order from this restaurant yesterday I didn't want to give them no star. The oxtails was tough as hell. They was out of jerk chicken and I was notified through door dash at the last minute. It took forever for then to prepare my food and it was not even hot or warm when I received my food. I will NOT order from here again. For the money I spent I expected better!!! I would have posted a picture but them oxtail went straight to the trash and was not worth removing from the trash!!!

4 months agoDo not come here the food was inedible. The first thing on the menu, jerk chicken, was just. complete salt. Save your money. This is not a serious restaurant.

7 months agoI ordered an oxtail dinner and asked this guy four time could I have small ones and told him I would pay extra not only was the oxtails fat and fatty but they was in some type of mushy tomato taste in sauce with llama beans like WHAAAAT oh and no peas and rice of course and this is from the one on the west side

8 months agoGot my order wrong…and I ordered two oxtails Philly’s and one had majority fat on it and still had little bones in it.. I was overcharged and the host never told me my total after I asked..and still got my order wrong! I wish I could give this place 0 stars but google will not allow me too

8 months agoWent to the one that just opened on the west side order a chicken Philly and polish boy waited over any hour. Wish they were considerate of ppls time and money.
